We are none of that. We are pure consciousness that has no physical form. We inhabit our body in this existence and express our existence in the physical universe through the body. Everything that exists can express itself through a physical form. But I think there are millions more forms that we cannot see and perceive.
Another way to become more present and aware is as follows: If someone asks my age, I say I have no idea how old I am. You probably mean how old my body is. I can tell you that my body in this life is ??????. If you have such a conversation, your interlocutor will immediately be drawn into the present and their mind will stop, then this person is present, perhaps only for a few seconds, but present nonetheless.
